FPARQUITECTOS is an architectural firm established in 2008 by the architects Andrés Freites and Juan Pablo Prámparo. The beginning of the professional relationship originated when we worked as architects at Contekton Argentina SRL, an architecture studio with headquarters in the city of Gothenburg, Sweden, which outsourced work in the city of Córdoba.

The firm has the support of experienced professionals and accredited capacity who assume their professional work with responsibility, commitment and transparency, motivated by a firm self-improvement policy.

We develop a wide range of projects that includes everything from interior decoration, furnishings, single family housing, to corporative, institutional, mixed functional buildings and urban planning. All of them of varying complexity and scale, providing services and guidance from the basic idea of a project, to the execution and detailed realization of the work, developing:

– ARCHITECTURAL AND URBANISTIC DESIGN

The objective is to generate proposals and ideas for the creation and realization of physical spaces framed within the architecture and planning of cities, considering creative and organizational aspects, physical environment, functionality, technology and financial viability.

– CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION

References a complete set of technical documentation specific to the project that includes, among others, general plans, data gathering, technical details, sheets and descriptive memories. They provide the necessary information for the correct execution of tasks under the supervision of a professional on the construction site.

– HIGH AND LOW COMPLEXITY 3D VISUALIZATIONS

They are digital images created from a model or set in 3 dimensions, rendered in specialized software, the objective of which is to convey a realistic appearance to the construction project and thus have a detailed idea of the proposed finished product and also allow modifications to be inserted into the design process.

– METRIC COMPUTING AND BUDGET ESTIMATES

The components forming the parts of an engineering or architectural work are measured with metric computing, which allows us to establish the cost of the complete project, establish the necessary amount of materials and select the most convenient option.

– MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE WORK IN PROGRESS

A professional is assigned to do these tasks that allow for the proper execution, control and administration of the work in progress.

– EXECUTION OF WORKS

This activity allows us to carry out the planning and materialization of the previously designed work, encompassing remodeling tasks, expansion, as well as the full development of new works, ensuring a high degree of accuracy, time and optimization of resources in the different stages of the work.
